| EMERGENCY DOCTORS NEEDED STAT |
As of October 2007, Black Horse Pike Animal Hospital opened its doors for 24 hour emergency care to fill a much needed void in the regional South Jersey veterinary community. Our emergency service operates under the branding of Regional Veterinary Emergency Service and operates out of Black Horse Pike Animal Hospital. The hospital is located 30 minutes from Philadelphia and an hour from the Jersey shore.
The Regional Veterinary Emergency Service provides secondary 24 hour emergency care and referral diagnostics to over 60 primary care hospitals in the South Jersey region. We have worked to build a professional referral network based on professionalism, communication and a high standard of patient and client care.
We are committed to excellence in medicine and surgery, offering clients and patients a full range of diagnostics and therapeutics based on university standards of care. A new 8,000 sq ft hospital in development for Winter 2008 is planned to accommodate referral diagnostics, imaging and tertiary emergency care as well as a provide a separate Wellness Center.
What we lack in size and flash we make up for in desire, effort and vision.
Emergency doctors interested in being part of a Health Care Team committed to academic ideals and interested in impacting the development of a new emergency center as well as being part of future business opportunities are encouraged to inquire.
We are looking to fill overnight emergency shifts Monday through Sunday, as well as daytime weekend shifts. Shifts are flexible and can be either 8 or 12 hours. Caseload is variable and requires proficiency in emergency medicine and surgery.
Compensation is production based with a guaranteed base salary. Interested candidates should contact Sandi Ryan at 856-728-1400 or at sryan@bhpah.com.
